The Opportunity
We are looking for a truly exceptional Payroll Officer to join our fun and energetic team at UQU. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is responsible for processing weekly payroll and maintaining accurate employee records.
You will be a key member of the Finance team and work closely with the People & Culture team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee and payroll data.
Salary will be commensurate with skills, experience and qualifications, with the remuneration range being $45,053 to $48,444 + 14% Superannuation.
This is a part-time role at 22.8 hours per week, with the working days Monday to Wednesday.
The role also involves:

Processing weekly payroll and relevant payments, including net pay, superannuation, salary sacrifice and PAYG

Ensuring payroll compliance, including STP, payroll journals, balance sheets, FBT returns, WorkCover, Centrelink, income protection and reporting requirements
