The Opportunity  

We’re looking for enthusiastic, personable, and reliable Front & Back of House Attendants to join our team at Banyo Café & Bar.  This role would be ideal for an ACU student looking for a casual role between uni work!  

Key Responsibilities Include: 

• Delivering friendly and efficient customer service to the ACU community; 

• Clearing tables and maintaining a clean and tidy dining area;   

• Serving food and beverages quickly, courteously, and professionally; 

• Supporting the kitchen team with food prep (sandwiches, salads, hot meals); 

• Stock rotation, control, and assisting with stocktakes;  

• Maintaining exceptional presentation and cleanliness standards across service areas; and 

• Following standards and best practices regarding Food Safety and WHS to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment. 

Required Skills & Experience  

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; 

• Experience with POS Systems (e.g. SwiftPOS), EFTPOS, and cash handling; 

• A team-player attitude and willingness to support both front and back of house;  

• Barista experience (highly regarded, but not essential).
