About The Role  

We are looking for UQ students who are customer-service-driven individuals to join our team at Pizza Caffe as Food & Beverage Attendant.  

This role requires availability Tuesday to Friday, with shifts rostered between 11:30am and 7:30pm. 

Key Responsibilities Include: 

• Delivering exceptional customer service; 

• Upselling retail and promotional items; 

• Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverage offerings; 

• Stock rotation, control, and assisting with stocktakes; 

• Maintaining exceptional presentation and cleanliness standards across service areas; and 

• Following standards and best practices regarding Food Safety and WHS to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment. 

Required skills & Experience   

• Minimum 1 year of experience within a fast-paced hospitality, food & beverage, or café environment 

• Having great attention to detail; 

• A valid RSA;  

• Food handling, preparation and serving experience    

• Customer service, including Cash handling / POS experience
